Neat & UMA Integration.
Stop meeting in stale air and half-empty meeting rooms
UMA uses the Time-of-Flight sensors and AI cameras built into Neat devices to bring live occupancy, indoor air quality, room booking and visitor management for every room into UMA Vision.
Neat devices already sit in meeting rooms with Time-of-Flight sensors and AI cameras built in. UMA turns that hardware into live occupancy, indoor air quality, room booking and visitor management, all inside UMA Vision.
The result: no more meeting in stale air, and no more half-empty rooms booked for a crowd that never arrives.

What UMA runs on Neat
Occupancy
Live presence and people count per room, using the Time-of-Flight sensors and AI cameras in Neat devices. UMA uses that data to automate the room calendar:
- Auto Book when a free room fills.
- Auto Release when a booked room sits empty.
- Ghost Bookings flagged, so you can see where rooms are reserved but never used.
Indoor air quality
CO₂, humidity, temperature and VOC readings, banded against comfort thresholds set per site.
Room booking
Book or extend a meeting at the Neat Pad booking panel. Changes write straight to Office 365 and Google Calendar.
Visitor management
Visitors check in and out on the Neat Frame, whether pre-booked or ad hoc.
Actionable data from the Neat hardware
Every Neat device in your rooms feeds UMA Vision. Neat Bar, Neat Pad, Neat Board and Neat Frame send occupancy, air quality, bookings and visitor data into one data model, which then appears in the UMA mobile app, on the floor map, on the booking panel and in Insights.

The same data model also covers UMA IoT sensors, so desks and spaces beyond the meeting room sit alongside your Neat rooms rather than in a separate system.
Every Neat room, live in UMA Vision
Live room readings
Humidity, VOC, temperature, CO₂ and occupancy from a single Neat room, at a glance.

Floor map
Each Neat room shows its live state on the plan: busy, available or away. Staff can spot a free room that is bookable on the Neat Pad, see a meeting room that is occupied right now, and find a colleague on a booked desk.

Insights: indoor air quality
CO₂ per room over time, with humidity, temperature and VOC one click away.
