Auto release & book

Empty rooms release themselves.

When the sensor reports zero occupants for a set window, UMA cancels the booking and returns the room to the available pool. The next team books it from the room panel, the mobile app or the floor map, without anyone filing a ticket.

The room goes from booked to bookable, on its own.

Set the rule once: release after N minutes of zero occupants. UMA watches the codec, the desk sensor, or the PIR (whichever is in that room) and reverts the booking. The next person on the floor gets a real room, on the room panel they already use.
