See UMA running in our HQ in Halifax.
Step inside Dean Clough, a working office, retrofitted with the same UMA platform you would deploy. Sensors, panels, dashboards, everyday flow. Walk in any time, or take the tour now.
A guided walkthrough with our CTO.
Real platform. Real building. Real data.
Live sensor data
Real-time presence and use across every floor, built on retrofit IoT sensors that go into a working office without renovation.
Desk & room scheduling
Native booking from any device. Walk-up, calendar-driven, or via the floor panels you will see in the tour.
Visitor management
Pre-registered visitors, host notifications, and check-in flow, all running on the same platform as the rest of the office.
Space analytics & ESG
The reports facilities, finance, and sustainability teams actually use. Energy, occupancy, and utilisation in one place.
Dean Clough, Halifax.
Dean Clough is a 19th-century carpet mill in the centre of Halifax. Today it is a working campus of offices, studios, galleries, and food and drink, with thousands of people moving through it every week.
That makes it a useful place to demonstrate UMA. Heritage buildings are exactly the estates where ripping out the BMS is not an option, where occupancy patterns are messy, and where retrofit IoT has to be discreet. If it works here, it works on your estate.
UMA HQ sits inside Dean Clough as a tenant. Same building constraints as everyone else, same retrofit platform you would deploy.
