To support Facilities Management, UMA deployed Analytics Pro, a reporting tool that delivers detailed insight into occupancy patterns, booking behaviour, and resource utilisation. This let VSP Global pinpoint inefficiencies such as ghost bookings and underused spaces, so future workspace planning was data-driven and cost-effective.
